The Sound Studies Group is an international academic team dedicated to sound studies across disciplines, regions, and institutions. From theory to practice, it explores all things related to sound. It also operates a Sound Lab in the School of Design, SUSTech Shenzhen.

Zezheng Guan

Zezheng is currently studying for a master’s degree in Intelligent Manufacturing and Robotics at Southern University of Science and Technology, where he is working in the IDG Immersive Design Group with Prof. Seungwoo Je. His research interests are haptics, HCI, and he especially likes to build different shape-changing interfaces for haptic interaction.
