The Sound Studies Group is an international academic team dedicated to sound studies across disciplines, regions, and institutions. From theory to practice, it explores all things related to sound. It also operates a Sound Lab in the School of Design, SUSTech Shenzhen.

Peihua Huang




Peihua Huang is a junior student at the Shenzhen Polytechnic University. She is majoring in Digital Publishing. She studies photography, new media creation, video editing, post-production, UI design, and interaction design. She is interested in outdoor work and enjoys recording them in photos and video. During her summer break, she has participated in an outdoor video shooting activity with Hangzhou Mutong Travel Agency Co., Ltd. Since 2023, she pursues an internship at the School of Design’s Sound Studies Group and the Materialities Group where she is working with Prof. Enza Migliore and Prof. Marcel Sagesser and their research teams.
